Ronphos Corporation processes premium grade phosphate rock, which is mined under contract in Nauru for export to markets all around the globe.
Run of mine material is crushed and screened at our facility in the centre of the island, where is it stockpiled before being transported to the drying facility.
The drying facility consists of three rotary kilns which have a design capacity of one hundred tonnes per hour each and are capable of drying the primary crushed and screened material to approximately 3% free moisture content.
The secondary crushing and screening plant within the drying facility further conditions the material to our standard specification of 100% less than 12mm.
This dried and crushed material is then stored on our intermediate storage shed in readiness for export to valued customers.
